Jessica Zucker is a 2016 Master in Public Policy candidate at Harvard Kennedy School. She is a Belfer IGA Fellow, the co-president of the Cyber Security Professional Interest Council and a leader of the North Korea Study Group. Zucker spent the summer after her first year at HKS working for the U.S. State Department’s Office of the Coordinator for Cyber Issues as well as at a cybersecurity consulting firm called Global Risk Advisors.
Prior to coming to HKS, Jessica spent two years in South Korea where she was a Fulbright Scholar. While in Korea, Jessica taught high school English and co-founded an educational nonprofit. Jessica has also previously worked for U.S. Southern Command and U.S. Forces Korea. Jessica graduated from the University of Miami in 2012, where she majored in Political Science and played lacrosse.
